Meet Hudson.
Hudson is approximately 2 years old and came into our care after his owners could no longer give him the care he needed.
Hudson has never had a rabbit companion so is seeking a spayed female to keep him company.
He loves attention and is confident enough to take food out of our hand. He is one of the first to greet us in the mornings and loves keeping busy with puzzle feeders and foraging enrichment.
He can live indoors or outdoors providing the accommodation meets our requirements.
If you’d like to welcome Hudson into your family, please fill out the following form: https://www.rspca-isleofwight.org.uk/adoptable-animals/small-animals/rabbit-application-form/
Our requirements are:
*3m x 2m unbroken floor space with 1m height.
*We highly recommend shed/walk in aviary type set ups OR house rabbits with at least a room to themself.
*Outdoor set ups are to have 16g wire as the minimum thickness and to be secure from rabbits digging out and predators digging in.
* We only recommend hutches as a hide within a larger accommodation, not as their main area.
*Plenty of enrichment.
Our team are happy to help advise on suitable set ups
Hudson will be neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated before leaving our centre.
