*Foster to Adopt*
Juno is a sweet-natured boy who truly adores the company of his favourite humans. He loves to relax beside you on the sofa while you work, occasionally reaching out with a gentle paw to ask for a little extra fuss and attention.
When meeting new people, Juno may initially approach for a sniff and then choose to keep his distance. He simply needs a bit of time to feel comfortable. We’ve been helping him build positive associations with handling, rewarding him with tasty treats, and he’s making lovely progress. He especially enjoys eating from his lick mat whilst getting ready for a walk.
Out on walks, Juno is gradually growing in confidence. He enjoys playing “find it” games, which help him stay engaged and relaxed. If he spots another dog in the distance, a simple “yes” cue encourages him to return to you for a reward—showing both his intelligence and willingness to learn.
Juno is an incredibly bright dog who picks up new training quickly.
He would thrive best in an:
– Adult-only home
– As the only animal in the home
– Patient home
This will help him to feel safe, secure, and fully supported as he continues to grow in confidence.
