Get involved – make a tangible difference with your work colleagues
Our Corporate Volunteer Days are a great opportunity for local businesses to support the Island Animal Centre.
- Spend a few hours volunteering at the Animal Centre. There’s always a variety of jobs to do including painting, gardening and tidying.
- No experience necessary (however we’re always happy to hear from local businesses that can offer more specific help)
- Free lunch, plus tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day.
- After lunch, we’ll introduce you to some of the many animals cared for at the centre
- Learn about animal welfare, rescue and rehabilitation

RSPCA Isle of Wight
We are an independent charity, supporting the work of the RSPCA locally. The Island Animal Centre near Godshill, cares for and rehomes dogs, cats, small animals and wildlife.
We receive no government funding, and limited financial support from the RSPCA national charity. Over 95% of our funding is raised on the Isle of Wight through donations, legacies, events and our charity shops.
Support from local businesses, whether donating money, support in kind, unwanted stock, or volunteering time, makes a huge difference to keeping the Island Animal Centre running.
