Meet Aki.
Aki is our beautiful 2-year-old rabbit looking for a rabbit-savvy home that understands her needs and will give her the time and space she deserves. She originally came into our care after living in an unsuitable environment, which left her feeling very stressed and overwhelmed.
It has taken a few weeks for Aki to truly settle, but now we’re finally starting to see her at her calmest — and her real personality is beginning to shine through. She’s actually quite the cheeky girl once she feels safe! Aki is a rabbit who prefers things on her own terms.
She does not tolerate being handled and is very much a hands-off kind of rabbit, so she will need adopters who respect her boundaries and allow her to interact at her own pace.
She is looking for a neutered male rabbit companion to bond with, along with a quiet and peaceful household where she can feel secure and continue to build her confidence.

To ensure all our rabbits go to safe, suitable, and loving homes, we ask adopters to meet the following minimum housing and care requirements:
Space & Housing:
• Rabbits must have a minimum living space of 3 metres long x 2 metres wide x 1 metre high, with 24-hour access at all times.
• All outdoor accommodation must be fully predator-proof. (Sheds/Aviaries)
• Wire mesh must be a minimum of 16-gauge thickness.
• Indoor Housing:
• Indoor rabbits must live in a rabbit-proofed environment.
• All electrical wires and cables must be fully protected or hidden.
• Any toxic or unsafe plants must be removed or kept completely out of reach.
• Flooring should be non-slip and comfortable, with safe areas for digging, hiding, and resting.
We do not rehome to hutches.
All of our rabbits are vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
